Run your life like the enterprise it is.
Your life. Your board. A legacy for generations.
Every serious company has a board of directors that keeps it protected, focused and accountable. Figure 8 gives you the same thing for your own life: a Chief of Staff and eight advisors, one for each part of life that builds lasting wealth and wellbeing.
You chair the board. Your advisors help you set direction, make decisions and follow through. When a step needs a licensed professional, such as an attorney for your trust or a lender for your home, Black Bridge Management connects you to the right person.
Eight seats. One continuous loop.
Turn the 8 on its side and it becomes the symbol for infinity. That is the promise of Figure 8: a life planned so well that what you build keeps going, for you and for the people who come after you. The compass star at its center is your mission. Every seat points back to it.
What you own
Wills, trusts, power of attorney, healthcare directives and clear property title, so nothing you build is lost in probate or confusion.
What you earn
A working budget, stronger credit, a path to homeownership, savings that compound and a career that pays what you are worth.
Who you are
Health, wellness, confidence, and the relationships and friendships that hold you up when life gets heavy.
What you leave
Guardianship plans, education savings and a family legacy that outlives every one of us.
What this site does today
Anyone can learn the full Figure 8 system here for free. Board members unlock a private workspace: write your Life Mission and Vision, rate each sector, keep tasks and notes, and run the mortgage, debt payoff and savings calculators. Everything saves automatically.
What is coming
The Figure 8 app adds your AI board: a Chief of Staff and eight AI advisors who know your mission and goals, guide you step by step, run your quarterly board meetings and send check-ins. Your workspace here is the foundation it builds on.
Who is behind it
Figure 8 is powered by Black Bridge Management, a Black- and woman-owned firm focused on inheritance real estate and wealth preservation, serving South Florida, Jacksonville and Tampa.
blackbridgepropertyexperts.comYou chair. Your Chief of Staff runs the room.
Figure 8 works the way a well-run company does. There is a clear mission, a board with defined seats, regular meetings and a record of every decision. Here is the whole system, start to finish.
Write your bylaws
Your Life Mission says why you are doing this and who it is for. Your Life Vision describes your life five years from now in all eight sectors. Every goal on your board must point back to these two statements.
Take inventory
Rate each sector from 1 to 10 for where you stand today, then set a target. The gap between the two shows your board where to focus first.
Seat your board
Choose your three focus seats for the first 90 days. You cannot fix everything at once, and a good board does not try to.
Hold your first board meeting
Each focus seat sets one to three goals for the year. Break every goal into tasks with due dates. This becomes your 90-day action plan.
Work the plan weekly
Each week, complete your tasks and log what you learned in Notes. Use the calculators whenever money or a home purchase is on the table.
Meet every quarter
Every 90 days, re-rate all eight sectors and save a check-in. Celebrate what moved, re-seat your focus areas and set the next 90 days.
Bring in licensed help
When a goal needs an attorney, CPA, lender, Realtor, physician or counselor, Black Bridge Management connects you with a vetted professional.
The Chief of Staff
Your single point of contact. In the Figure 8 app, the Chief of Staff knows your whole plan, sends each question to the right advisor, runs your board meetings, tracks every commitment and tells you plainly when it is time to bring in a licensed professional.
- Leads with the next step, then explains only as much as you need
- Asks one clear question at a time
- Turns advice into finished work: checklists, budgets, letters, agendas
- Remembers what you said so you never repeat yourself
- Breaks big goals into two or three actions for this week
Board meeting mode
When you face a big decision, such as buying a home, leaving a job or setting up a trust, several advisors weigh in from their angle. The Chief of Staff combines their views into one recommendation and a list of next steps.
One shared record
Every advisor reads the same mission, goals, tasks and notes. Your Financial Advisor knows what your Legal Advisor set up, and your Children & Family Advisor knows your savings plan.
The three action tracks
These guided programs run across several seats. They are where most members start.
Trust & estate setup
- List your assets: property, accounts, policies, vehicles, business interests
- Choose your trustee, successor trustee and guardians for minor children
- Learn the difference between a will, a revocable living trust and a land trust
- Prepare your attorney meeting packet
- After signing, fund the trust by retitling assets into it
Path to homeownership
- Check your readiness: credit, savings, income and debt-to-income ratio
- Set a savings target for down payment and closing costs
- Research down payment assistance programs in your county
- Gather pre-approval documents
- Meet a lender and a Realtor, then run every offer through the mortgage calculator
Credit restoration
- Pull your free reports from all three bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com
- Mark every error, late payment and collection
- Dispute errors yourself, in writing, with each bureau
- Pay down revolving balances, starting with the debt payoff calculator
- Keep utilization low and every payment on time
Figure 8 teaches and equips you to restore your own credit. It does not dispute items on your behalf.
Nine seats around your table.
The Chief of Staff plus eight advisors, one for each sector of life. Each advisor has a clear scope, a way of guiding you, and a point where they hand you to a licensed professional.
Chief of Staff
Warm, sharp and organized. Knows your mission and your whole plan, routes every question, runs your quarterly and decision meetings, keeps your task list current and spots conflicts between seats, such as a career move that changes your home-buying timeline.
Figure 8 advisors educate, organize and prepare you. They do not replace an attorney, accountant, financial advisor, physician or licensed counselor. When a step requires one, your advisor will say so and help you prepare for that meeting.
Your board's bylaws.
Everything else on this site points back to these words. Write them in your own voice. They save as you type, and you can revise them at every quarterly meeting.
Life Mission
One or two sentences. Why you are building this life, and who it is for.
- What matters most to me, above everything else?
- Who am I doing this for?
- What do I want to be known for when my name comes up?
- What will I no longer tolerate in my life?
Life Vision
Your life five years from today. Write it in the present tense, as if it is already true.
- Where do I live, and who lives with me?
- What does an ordinary Tuesday look like?
- What do I own outright, and what is protected in a trust?
- How do I feel when I wake up?
Vision by sector
One line per seat describing what a 10 looks like for you. These become your targets on the Progress tab.
Focus seats for the next 90 days
Choose up to three. Your board gives these sectors its full attention this quarter.
Where you stand, seat by seat.
Drag each bar to rate the sector from 1 to 10 today. The dark marker is your target. Save a quarterly check-in to keep a record of how far you have come.
Quarterly check-ins
Save one at every quarterly board meeting.
Your board's action items.
Every goal becomes small, dated actions. Add tasks, assign each to a seat, and check them off as you go.
The minutes of your life.
Record board meeting notes, questions for your attorney, what the lender said, ideas, and wins. File each note under a seat so you can find it later.
Run the numbers before you sign.
Three tools your Financial Advisor uses most. Change any number and the results update instantly. Save any result to your Notes to bring to a lender or planner.
Starting figures are an example, not a quote. Get your real rate, tax and insurance numbers from your lender, county property appraiser and insurance agent. In Florida, budget extra for wind and flood coverage.
Year-by-year amortization schedule
List every debt you are paying down. Use the minimum payment from each statement.
Avalanche or snowball?
Avalanche sends your extra money to the highest interest rate first. It costs the least in total interest.
Snowball sends it to the smallest balance first. You clear whole accounts sooner, which keeps many people motivated.
Both methods roll each paid-off debt's payment into the next one. The best method is the one you will stick with.
Year-by-year growth
Calculators give estimates for planning and education only. They are not loan offers, credit decisions or financial advice. Actual rates, taxes, insurance, fees and returns vary. Confirm every figure with a licensed lender, CPA or financial professional before you decide.
Everything you need to get started.
Follow your first-week plan, then use the tab-by-tab guide whenever you need it. Nothing here requires special skills. If you can write a grocery list, you can run a board.
Your first seven days
Day 1 · Read and reflect
Read Welcome, How It Works and Your Board. Notice which sectors make you feel proud and which make you uneasy. Both are useful.
Day 2 · Write your mission
Open Mission & Vision. Answer the four prompts on paper first, then write one or two sentences. It does not need to be perfect.
Day 3 · Write your vision
Describe your life five years from now, then add one line per sector for what a 10 looks like.
Day 4 · Rate your life
On Progress, rate each sector today, then switch to Target and set where you want to be in a year. Save your first check-in.
Day 5 · Choose your focus seats
Pick up to three seats on Mission & Vision. Most members start with Legal and Financial.
Day 6 · Build your 90-day plan
On Tasks, add three to five tasks for each focus seat, each with a due date. Or press "Load my starter plan" to begin with ours.
Day 7 · Run your numbers
Use the calculators for your debts, savings and home goals. Save each result to Notes. Put your first quarterly meeting on your calendar, 90 days from today.
How each tab works
Saving and privacy
Everything you type saves automatically. The dot in the top corner shows where:
- Green, "Saved to your account": your workspace is stored privately with your sign-in and follows you to any device.
- Amber, "Saved in this browser": you are not signed in, so your work is kept on this device only. Clearing your browser data erases it. Sign in to keep it safe.
Your workspace is private to you. Black Bridge Management staff cannot see it unless you choose to share something with them. Use "Download a backup" on the Membership tab to keep your own copy.
Mission & Vision
- Type in the two large boxes. Your Board Charter at the top updates as you write.
- Fill in one line per sector under "Vision by sector."
- Tap up to three seat names under "Focus seats." Tap again to remove one.
Progress
- Choose "Today's rating" and drag each bar, or tab to it and use the arrow keys.
- Switch to "Target rating" and set your goal. The dark marker shows it.
- Your life score is the average of all eight sectors.
- Press "Save today's check-in" at every quarterly meeting. Your history appears in a table below, newest first.
Tasks
- Type a task, choose its seat, add a due date and priority, then press Add task.
- Check the box when it is done. Use Open, Completed or All to filter, and choose a seat to narrow the list.
- Late tasks are marked in red, and tasks due within a week in amber.
- To remove a task, press Remove, then confirm.
Notes
- Give each note a title and a seat, then write freely.
- Press Edit on any note to change it, or Delete to remove it.
- Search finds words in titles and note text.
- Calculator results you save land here under the Financial seat.
Calculators
- Mortgage payment: enter the price, down payment, rate and term, plus taxes, insurance and HOA. Add your income to see your housing and total debt ratios. Open the schedule to see your balance year by year.
- Debt payoff: add each debt with its balance, rate and minimum payment. Enter any extra you can pay each month and choose a method. You will see your debt-free date, total interest and the order debts are paid off.
- Savings goal: enter your goal, what you have, what you can add monthly and your timeframe. You will see whether you reach the goal and exactly how much per month you need.
Your quarterly board meeting agenda
- Read your mission and vision aloud.
- Review completed tasks and celebrate each one.
- Re-rate all eight sectors and save a check-in.
- Review open tasks: keep, reschedule or remove.
- Choose your focus seats for the next 90 days.
- Add new tasks with due dates.
- Decide what needs a licensed professional, and contact Black Bridge.
- Set the date of your next meeting.

How the AI Executive Board is designed and built.
This is the full plan behind Figure 8: what it is, how the Chief of Staff and eight advisors work together, how a new member is onboarded, the rules that keep members safe, and how the app is built and launched. Read it to understand exactly what you are joining, or share it with a partner, investor or developer.
An AI executive board for your life
Companies have boards that keep them accountable, strategic and protected. Most people never get that for their own lives. Figure 8 treats your life as an enterprise you chair, with a Chief of Staff and eight advisors who know your goals and guide you step by step.
Who it serves: women and families building stability and legacy, including first-time homebuyers, mothers planning for their children, heirs protecting family property, and professionals growing wealth and careers on purpose.
- A personal Chief of Staff who knows the whole plan and keeps you moving
- Eight AI advisors, one for each sector on the logo
- A written Life Mission and Life Vision every advisor works toward
- Guided tracks for trusts and estates, homeownership and credit restoration
- Quarterly board meetings, reminders and progress tracking
- Black Bridge Management for every step that needs a licensed human
One hub, eight seats, one shared memory
You talk to the Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff brings in the right advisors, keeps one shared record of your goals, tasks and documents, and calls in Black Bridge when a licensed professional is needed. Because every advisor reads the same record, the Financial Advisor knows what the Legal Advisor set up, and you never repeat yourself.
Everyday guidance
Ask the Chief of Staff anything. It answers directly or brings in the right seat, then checks the advice against your mission.
Board meeting mode
Every quarter, and whenever you face a big decision, several seats weigh in and the Chief of Staff summarizes one recommendation with next steps.
Check-ins
The Chief of Staff follows up on what you committed to and reminds you of deadlines, the way a real chief of staff would.
Who sits at the table
| Seat | Personality | Guides you on | Hands off to |
|---|
Every seat follows the same rhythm: a first check-up rating the sector 1 to 10, one to three goals for the year tied to your vision, this week's action, finished tools such as checklists, scripts and letters, and a progress report to the Chief of Staff for the quarterly meeting.
From sign-up to first board meeting in one week
Welcome
A short conversation with the Chief of Staff: who you are, why you came, what feels most urgent.
Life inventory
A quick 1 to 10 rating of all eight sectors so the board knows where to focus.
Life Mission
A guided interview, then a one- or two-sentence mission you edit until it sounds like you.
Life Vision
Your life five years from now, in all eight sectors, written in the present tense.
Seat the board
Meet each advisor and choose three focus seats for the first quarter.
First meeting
Focus seats propose goals; the Chief of Staff combines them into a dated 90-day plan.
Real-world board
List the human advisors you already have and the gaps Black Bridge can fill.
At the end of week one you have a Board Charter with your mission, vision and focus seats, a 90-day plan, and your first quarterly meeting on the calendar. This workspace lets you do every one of those steps today.
The board educates and prepares. Licensed humans advise.
- Clearly AI. Every advisor is labeled as an AI advisor, in onboarding and throughout the app.
- Education, not professional advice. Advisors explain options and prepare you for meetings. They never draft a final legal document, prescribe treatment, or tell you which investment to buy.
- Professionals in the loop. Legal, financial and health guidance is reviewed by qualified professionals, and the professional network is built in from day one.
- Credit restoration as education. Figure 8 teaches you to act for yourself or refers you to a compliant partner. It does not charge to dispute items for you.
- Safety first. If you mention abuse, danger, self-harm or a medical emergency, any advisor pauses the plan and gives crisis resources right away.
- Privacy. Health, money and family details are encrypted, never sold, exportable and deletable by you, and shared with a professional only with your permission.
- Prepared hand-offs. At every hand-off point the advisor builds a meeting packet: what to bring, what to ask and what it should cost.
Built in three phases
Founding Board
Chief of Staff plus the Legal and Financial Advisors, with the trust, homeownership and credit tracks. A small founding-member group tests it and shapes it.
Full Board
Adds the Health, Beauty & Wellness, Children & Family, Relationships, Friendships & Community and Career & Business Advisors, decision meetings and the Concierge tier.
Community
Member circles, live workshops with Black Bridge professionals, and a vetted referral marketplace.
Tiers: Guide (one-time workbook), Board (subscription with the AI board) and Concierge (Board plus Black Bridge staff and services). See Membership for what each includes.
How the app is built
- Model. Built on the Claude API. Each agent is the same model with its own instructions.
- Orchestration. The Chief of Staff receives every message and decides whether to answer or call one or more seat agents; for decision meetings it calls several and merges their answers.
- Shared member memory. One profile per member: mission, vision, ratings, goals, tasks, meeting notes and documents. Every agent reads it; each seat writes only to its own sector and the shared task list.
- Scheduling. Reminders, check-ins and quarterly meetings arrive as messages from the Chief of Staff.
- Document vault. Encrypted storage for wills, deeds, statements and IDs, shared only with the member's consent.
- Hand-off workflow. A "Request a professional" action sends the member's prepared packet to Black Bridge concierge, with consent.
- Platforms. Mobile app first (iPhone and Android), with a web version for longer sessions.
- Before launch. Review Anthropic's usage policies for legal, financial and health guidance, and have counsel review credit, privacy and disclosure terms.

Figure 8 is an educational and organizational tool provided by Black Bridge Management. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical or mental health advice, and it is not a credit repair service. Advisors in the Figure 8 app are AI and are labeled as such. Consult a licensed professional before making legal, financial or health decisions.
